Paperless Payroll Reports

Paperless payroll reports are delivered the same day your payroll is processed. Your reports are delivered as a PDF and may be password protected. We can also email your reports to your accountant, CPA, or anyone else you desire. In addition, you may elect to have an individual payroll report emailed to select individuals, such as a payroll entry worksheet emailed to a manager at a remote location.

You may also choose to go 100 percent paperless and eliminate the receipt of paper reports. By doing so, you no longer have to save bulky binders of reports and you receive increased confidentiality by preventing unauthorized access to your payroll reports.

Remote Check Printing

Remote check printing is the service of choice for ultimate convenience. You can save hundreds of dollars each year by choosing to print your checks at your location. On the same day your payroll is processed, you receive a PDF via email with your check images. Simply print the PDF check image on the check stock we provide free and you are done. No more waiting for the mail to be delivered or incurring costly courier fees.

Direct Deposit Vouchers

Direct deposit is a convenient benefit for both you and your employees. You can enhance our direct deposit service by having your employees’ vouchers emailed to their personal accounts. Each pay period your employees receive a password protected PDF of their pay stub. This service eliminates your responsibility of distributing pay stubs and is even a greater convenience if your employees work in a remote location.
